I want to turn off the estimated calorie functions so I know exactly what I have burned through physical activity. I also want my Fitbit to sync the actual calories. How do I do that?

Hey thanks for posting your question. The ability to turn off the exercise calories is currently only available with our Premium service.

To see your real time calorie burn from fitbit, you would simply tap on the adjustment line to open the adjustment details and look at the “based on ____ calories as of ______ am/pm” line. The based on amount will be your total calorie burn from fitbit when it last synced.

You can learn more about exercise calories, and the options provided by MyFitnessPal Premium, by clicking here.

Warm Regards,
