Not syncing recently marybee3 — Jan 04, 2017 12:04PM PST

After the new year, I'm having trouble having my ipad app and computer syncing my data. I enter something on the ipad, it doesn't show up when I'm online, or it shows up on the wrong day. I didn't have this problem before... any ideas?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Please take a moment to confirm that you are logged in with the exact same username and password on both platforms. Have you by any chance traveled across timezones with your iPad recently? Please try force quitting the app and power cycling your iPad, turning it completely off and then back on again, to see if that helps.
