FITBIT CONNECTION LydgiaParratt1 — Jan 04, 2017 09:54PM PST

Every time I try to connect my Fitbit to you I get the message that my Fitbit is linked to another account.

I do not have another account!
I have gone down the email route with you giving my user ID details but the email reply comes back as undeliverable!! I'm getting extremely frustrated.

Please help me sort this out.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for any difficulty with relinking your accounts. Would you please provide your fitbit ID# so we may try a search with that on our end?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this:
