Sync from MFP to Garmin Connect Robbb43 — Jan 06, 2017 04:20AM PST

I have recently got a Fenix 3 and set up the garmin connect app and also the MFP app. I am having issues with the two apps connecting to each other.
The MFP says i am not connect to the Garmin Connect where intact i am. I am also having issues with the MFP calories i input not syncing to Garmin connect. MFP says i have consumed XXX calories and my Garmin connect just remains blank.

Sorry for the question its prob something simple i am missing

further to that. In MFP it says the apps are not connected but when i click to connect it goes to the Garmin connect page and prompts for my email then nothing changes. In my garmin connect it says the apps are connected. I see a lot of people are having this issue but nothing has been resolved from what i can see

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Please force close both of the apps. Then open www.myfitnesspal.com and confirm that Garmin Connect (GC) is not showing under Your Apps on the right side. Then open the GC website and check if they are showing as being linked in the Calories In/Out segment. If so please Disconnect them and refresh your browser window.

Then relink the accounts, confirming on the MyFitnessPal (MFP) website that they are now showing under Your Apps. Once relinked, open the Steps tab on MFP’s website and reselect GC as your step source.

Now go ahead and open the apps, log a few hundred new steps with your tracker and manually initiate a sync in GC, followed by another one in MFP.
