Resting Metobolic Rate (RMR) joelzieve — Jan 08, 2017 04:53AM PST
When I complete my diary for the day, it says that if I continue with days like this, in 5 weeks, I'll weigh XXX pounds. I've only used the app or 2 days. At the end of day 2, I was right on target with the calorie goal, yet it said I'd be down 9 pounds in 5 weeks. So I'm thinking it must be estimating my RMR. But it's estimate is too high (I just had mine measured). Is there a way I can tell the app what my RMR is so that the 5 week estimate is accurate? Thanks!

Hey thanks for posting your question. You may calculate your BMR anytime via our website, by opening the Apps tab, selecting Tools, and then BMR. We then multiply that by a factor based on your selected activity level. We currently show your BMR + activity level as being 2,182 calories.
