I've tried exporting my data a few times and I never receive the email. I'm receiving the promotional emails though. Can someone help?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you please check your Spam and or Junk filters to see if it was mistakenly diverted there? If you are using a mail client please also try checking your mail directly on the gmail website. You might try adding our email address to your contacts to see if that helps it get through the filters. The address to add is no-reply@myfitnesspal.com.
