I don't want this to cancel from my I-Phone?

To reach us directly, select “Email Us” on any screen of the Support Center

To delete your account, you will need to sign in online at, which can be done via your iPhone’s web browser. Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use to access the app.
Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home” then “Settings” then “Delete account.”

Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered. If you decide to try MyFitnessPal again, you’ll need to choose a new username the next time. Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
