Nutritional Tracking juli35045 — Jan 12, 2017 02:06PM PST
I have recently changed from caloriecount.com because the website is closing but I want to keep track of multiple nutritional values. I only see where a select few can be viewed on your website. What if I want to add more?

Hey thanks for posting your question.
While MyFitnessPal tracks a wide variety of nutrients, for spacing purposes we cannot display all of this data on your Food diary at one time. However, we do allow you to choose up to five nutrients (plus calories) to view on the diary page of our website and our iPad app, and the latest version of our iPhone app (when you rotate the iPhone app to the landscape position on the diary page). These settings can be adjusted on our website, and the changes will sync to the iPad and iPhone app when you launch it next.
First, log into your account on at http://www.myfitnesspal.com, mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use to access the app.
Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home,” then “Settings,” then “Diary settings.” On the following page, you can customize which nutrients are tracked in your diary. You may track up to six items, one of which must be calories.
If you would like to view the totals of other nutrients that are not one of your chosen Diary columns:
On the website:
Click on the My Home tab, followed by Reports, and open the drop down where it says “Choose a report.”
In the apps:
Open the Menu, then Nutrition, and select Nutrients.

Is this a limitation in the free program that can be added through premium service? I also am converting from CalorieCount, and kept track of all the nutrients.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. The ability to customize the 5 nutrients viewable in your Food Diary is the same within the MyFitnessPal standard program as it is within MyFitnessPal Premium. That being said, MyFitnessPal still tracks many nutrients, it can only display 5 within the Diary. You can still view the nutrients of the foods you logged within another area of MyFitnessPal. If you would like to view the totals of other nutrients that are not on your home page, click “My Home” then “Reports” then “Nutrients” (on the web) or “Home” then “Nutrients” on the iPad app. There you can choose any nutrient we track, along with the time frame you would like to view.
Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!
