Fitbit exercise adjustment not showing up in MFP kafraleigh1 — Jan 17, 2017 06:07PM PST

After several weeks of wearing my fitbit, I decided to connect it to my MFP account tonight. I followed the instructions found in other posts on this sight (including waiting 15 minutes for the apps to sync up). I can confirm that I have a connection, because I am seeing my dietary calories (entered in MFP) showing up in my Fitbit app, and I am seeing steps logged by the fitbit in MFP. However, I am not seeing any exercise adjustment, either on the daily summary portion of the home page, or in the exercise diary. My fitbit app is showing that I logged two exercise sessions today of 43 and 31 minutes, respectively. If I understand the help articles correctly, I should already be seeing exercise adjustments showing up in MFP. Can anyone help?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we apologize for any confusion. It appears that you have an issue with the access token between the two accounts. To fix this can you please take the following steps in this exact order?

- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account

Hi
I've tried the above several times but my fitbit has stopped linking to my fitness pal. I've also disconnected and reconnected the fitbit to my phone. It worked up until 4 days ago
