Could not reach MyFitnessPal server, please try again later JayJavina — Jan 21, 2017 04:27AM PST

I couldn't sync my pacer app to MFP. Every time I try to sync MFP in Pacer, an error occurs. I tried to uninstall and install the app still doesn't work. I've try syncing via Health still that didn't work. Here is the rest of the issue.

Hello JayJavina,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Are you receiving this error when you press “Connect” within the MyFitnessPal app? Or is this happening when attempting to link the two from within the Pacer app?

We look forward to hearing back.

Best,

Hello, I'm getting the same error. If I try to connect from within MFP, it simply takes me to the pacer.cc website. If I try to connect from Pacer settings, I get the above error, followed by "could not reach MFP server, try again later" message.

Hello dal333,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Since the error is coming from within Pacer, we would suggest contacting their support team to investigate. You can reach them here. They have a “Support” link when you scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!
