Fitbit no longer shows up in my exercise area dsealy731 — Jan 23, 2017 08:05AM PST

For the past couple of days, myfitnesspal has not tracked the calories that I was getting from my fitbit. So, I thought if I did a disconnect/reconnect it would fix it. No luck. So, I deleted the entry in exercise and then I did the disconnect/reconnect. It says it is connected, but now I have no entry in my exercise area. This is such a great program, I don't want to find another one because of this issue.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for the trouble with your fitbit integration. When we view the account we are seeing that the accounts have been relinked recently, however, fitbit has not been selected as the source for step tracking. Please open the Menu, select Steps, and click on fitbit to make it your source for step tracking. Then log a few hundred new steps with your tracker, and initiate a manual sync in fitbit, followed by another in MyFitnessPal.

Kind regards,
Logan

I'm having the same problem. I worked out this morning and my calories did not make it over from my fitbit. I've reinstalled, shut down phone and my sync does not happen. Really frustrating and I have been dealing with it all day. Fitbit was not able to help, they did what they could and still nothing.
