Activity Tracker Syncing witchywendy2 — Jan 31, 2017 02:25AM PST

I do Crossfit 3 times a week, when I manually enter calorie burn etc this app changes my steps to zero. So i could walk 5 miles throughout the day and this will not register a calorie adjustment. I track my activity with my apple watch. I have this selected in the settings of myfitnesspal, however when I look at my calorie adjustment on my diary page it shows that it is getting my steps from my phone not watch. Any help/advice gratefully received.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to post in the MyFitnessPal support center. The diary won’t specifically call out “apple watch”, but as long as the home page says it, and your steps page (menu > steps) says it, you can be sure it’s coming from your watch.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Blake
