Steps syncing but not affecting my exercise at all Jelly23x — Feb 02, 2017 04:56AM PST
I have Fitbit set to sync to MyFitnessPal. It wasn't syncing properly, so I followed your instructions and disconnected/reconnected.
I can see my steps in my account now, and my food is syncing to my fitbit app. However, even though I have the MYP set on Fitbit for steps (and even have it set to do "negative calories"), it won't show up in my exercise at all.
I tried disconnecting/reconnecting/setting my primary steps to fitbit a bunch of times, but it still hasn't worked. It is syncing each time, though! It just isn't affecting my calorie totals, positive or negative.

It's been over 12 hours since I last resynced it, and it's suddenly showing up for today! It isn't going back and applying to yesterday's, but that's totally fine. So it may just take some time?

Sometimes this sync can be a tad delayed to to processing on each side of the integration. We are actually looking into some Fitbit issues, so you may see some delays like this for now. :(
