Can't sign up Jbf9 — May 07, 2018 12:43PM PDT

My husband has been trying to sign up for myfitnesspal and he's tried through his app on his phone, iPad and through his computer and he gets an error message at the very end. Any suggestions? He's rebooted, he's uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Nada. Thanks!
