Huawei incompatibility mjkane26 — May 07, 2018 01:58PM PDT

I bought a Huawei band 2 pro recently and very dissapointed to see that myfitnesspal doesnt seem to integrate with it properly. The calorie deficit is way out by a magnitude of 1000 i think.

It seems like a very easy fix by either side, is there an intention to sort this and what is the timeframe.

I will be contacting Huawei as it should be just as easy for them to fix. Certainly they shouldnt be advertising it as compatible with MFP if it is producing gibberish in the stats.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Although Huawei may be showing the ability to link, the integration has not officially gone live on our end. We will reach out the them and see what we can do to get things finalized. In the meantime, please do follow up with them and let them know that you are eager to start using your band with MyFitnessPal.

Warm Regards,

Exactly the same issue here - it's a kcal vs. Calorie "debate" ... perhaps just allow scaling down by 1000x for this interface? I have reached out to Huawei Health, they say MFP is in error. Of course, MFP says the opposite - but users are caught in the middle ... :-(.

BTW, when I delete the incorrect sync'd entry (out by 1000x), I also lose my steps.
