Unable to connect MapMyWalk to myFitnessPal RobbGirl — May 08, 2018 09:55AM PDT

I have been having issues trying to connect myFitnessPal with MapMyWalk. I hit the "Get" button and it redirects me to the MapMyWalk login page. It appears to be a two frame page. The top part of the page appears with a login/signup button, but the lower half shows an error message "Ooops something went wrong Error 404." I hit the login button and log in and nothing happens confirming my two accounts are linked. I log out of myFitnessPal and log back in to see if I see new app icons appear under my apps section on the main dashboard screen and they aren't there!

I asked my husband to show me his account and he has the proper icons appearing under his profile. We use MapMyWalk daily to record our walks and his workout is automatically brought into myFitnessPal udating his available calories remaining, while my app never does. I only get calorie updates through my Fitbit steps.

Is my account linked? or is there a way to help me?
