Apple Health Syncing Issue rain264 — May 08, 2018 01:17PM PDT
Is there a syncing issue between MFP and Apple Health? For the past month+, the sycn has been pulling over my workouts but today, it isn't pulling over my workouts, just my steps. I didn't make any changes except trying to troubleshoot.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Could you try a fresh reinstall of the MyFitnessPal app and relink HealthKit to see if that will help?
Once completed, open the MyFitnessPal app and tap More>Settings>Sharing & Privacy>HealthKit Sharing and enable HealthKit once more.

I removed and reinstalled and then enabled HealthKit again and made sure that everything was turned on for sharing data on Health App. It still not pulling over exercise.

To confirm, did you ret entering in a new exercise after the relink? If not, can you do so now.
If the exercises are still not syncing, can you let me know the name of the exercise and how it was logged to HealthKit?

I've never had to manually enter an exercise. i start the elliptcal using the Workout app on my Apple watch. When i go into my Activity app, then I can see my info.
And as I was just now looking at my Activity app, it is not showing up in my history so that may be reason.

Nope, that wasn't it.... it's just not syncing for some reason

Does the exercise appear in HealthKit under Health Data>Workouts>Show All Data? If it does what is the Workout Type for that entry? You can find out the Workout Type by tapping directly on the entry under Show All Data

Sorry, I found that I was the culprit afterall. I guess I didn’t actually tap the “Elliptical” so it never did anything. In comparing other days to today, today’s did have an elliptical title.
