Unable to connect to the server /can't sync chrislyon802 — May 09, 2018 07:25AM PDT

Hi,

iOS app was getting Sync failures - tried deleting app and reinstalling, now I cannot login, says it cannot contact the server.

Logged into the website no issues.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you try resetting your password to see if that helps with the app? You can reset your password here

If that does not help, would you mind trying to reset your network settings on your phone to see if this helps?

Please note that this will sever you saved WiFi passwords you have entered for any of your networks, work, home, etc. Please be sure you know these passwords before taking the following steps.

Please go to your iPhone’s settings.
Tap General.
Tap Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings. (Make sure not to tap “Reset All Settings or Erase All Content and Settings”)
If you are prompted for your iPhone passcode enter it.
Tap Reset Network Settings once more
