Myfitnesspal not syncing with fitbit HellCatHeatha — May 09, 2018 10:50AM PDT

Hello,

I used the combination of MyFitnessPal and Fitbit before I had my daughter and I used to get the exercise calorie subtraction on my app, however, since I've been using it again lately that is no longer working. I've found troubleshooting steps and other forums about how to try to resolve it and nothing has worked for me. I've already disconnected the two, logged out of both accounts, deleted both apps, and reinstalled them. Both apps are up to date and I've tried everything I can find. I'm still having no luck. I'm about to go use a different app, but I have all my friends and frequently used items already in this app and I'd been using it intermittently since 2010. This issue is driving me crazy. Someone PLEASE help!

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Currently I do not see a Fitbit account tied to HellCatHeatha. Can you revoke access from Fitbit’s end and then link the accounts once more to see if that helps?

To do this, log in at www.fitbit.com and click the gear icon, then Settings>Applications. Click Revoke Access for MyFitnessPal.

This should refresh your link on both sides, instead of just one. You can then link them again at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30.

Once relinked, please be sure to set Fitbit as the Steps source once again.

Please let us know if you see any changes.

All the best,
Bruce
