Unable to log in on the app sjgrandstaff1971 — May 11, 2018 05:52AM PDT
I updated my phone and now I can't log in to myfitnesspal app. I enter my credentials (that work everywhere else, pc, etc.) so I know they are working. The app wants me to create a new account and then tells me my email is already used (well duh!!!). Anyone else facing these issues and know how to resolve? I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We tried updating some settings on our end to see if it will help. In order for it to work though, you will need to reset your password once more which you can do here.
