Unable to link Fitbit pollyclarke48 — May 14, 2018 08:24AM PDT

Hi, I am trying to link my fitbit watch to the my fitness pal app however going through the process it keeps saying that my fitbit is already assigned to another account and I dont have another account, I have been on to my fitbit and deauthorized and reauthorized and it still isnt showing.

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
