Cancel Premium subscription. julieeliason90 — May 14, 2018 03:26PM PDT

Somehow I accidentally subscribed to the premium version when I just wanted the standard free version. I do not know how I signed up for it so I am not sure of the process to unsubscribe. The instructions to cancel the premium subscription lead to a never ending loop that takes you to the instructions again but no way to actually cancel following the instructions. When I go to and click My Home, then Premium, then Subscription Settings, there is no Auto Renewal button to switch from On to Off. When I go to the Play Store App, there is no menu button to select so I cannot get to the subscription section to cancel it. The website instructions for cancelling are not up to date. Even emailing the company takes me to the same instructions link. Any pointers on cancelling?

Hi. I signed up for a free month trial yesterday and my credit card was charged $49.99. I did not agree to this, as I wanted to test out the app before purchasing. Please advise how to get these charges reversed.

Good luck! I've been trying for nearly a month to cancel. I'm sure there is a way to do it, but I can't figure it out.

For subscriptions purchased on Web:

Log in to and click “My Home” then “Premium”

On the Premium detail page, click “Subscription Settings” in the upper right corner.

Set the “Auto-Renewal” menu from “On” to “Off” to opt out of Premium at the end of your current billing cycle.
