Deleteing food entries danb0801 — May 15, 2018 09:46AM PDT

How does one delete food entries on ones diary. I checked the faqs but there is no pencil to edit nor any red dot on the right hand side nor does my item highlight when i keep my finger on the item as per the directions in faq.Checked multiple times cuz i thought am i missing these things?? Been this way for months. Emailed support but no response. Would like to use the app but stopped cuz of this issue. Prefer their database but thinki g of bailing. Tbh im kinda stunned by this as its sooo basic and ought to be the easiest most obvious thing.
Anyone out there experience this, know whats up or how to do this?

Hi there,

To delete an entry from your food diary:

On the Web:

Click the “Food” tab to view your diary. Click the circular red button to the far right of an entry to remove it from your diary.

In the Android, iPad and iPhone apps

On the diary page, tap the “Edit” or pencil button.
Each item in your diary will display a selection icon. Tap each item you would like to delete, then tap the trash can icon.

As a shortcut, you may hold your finger on a diary item for a few seconds (Android) or swipe your finger horizontally (from right to left) across an item (iOS) to reveal the “Delete Entry” command for that item.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Regards,
Bruce
