Polar Flow Sync with MFP (Android) AlissaAngelo — Jun 05, 2018 11:22AM PDT

I have the Polar Flow app linked to my MFP account but it's not syncing. I saw a couple years ago you could only connect Apple products based on my searches here. So, can I still not sync with an android? It shows they are connected but no info is syncing into MFP. Thanks!

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. You will need an iOS device to initiate the connection between Polar and MyFitnessPal. Once connected, you can then use an Android device. If data is not syncing, we would recommend relinking the accounts, but since you have an Android device, we would recommend following up with Polar directly.

The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program and also for pulling out data created within ours.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.
