MFP not syncing steps with Samsung Health mfintak — Jun 05, 2018 12:41PM PDT
I have read and tried all the suggestions and it will not sync steps with Samsung Health. I keep getting the "unable to connect to the server to synchronize" message. It worked up until about January, and has not worked since then. The food I input into MFP does sync to Samsung Health, but the steps do not sync the other direction.

We are aware of the issue where steps aren’t syncing from SHealth to MyFitnessPal and that the steps page in the MyFitnessPal app shows an “Error Occurred: We were unable to connect to the server to synchronize” alert. Hi Bruce, is this issue still on going? I synced my Samsung health steps with MFP but am yet to see any of this information updated into MFP.
I see that Samsung Health is recording my steps.
Would be grateful for some information.
