Samsung S3 & Health ae1lisa — Jun 07, 2018 09:38AM PDT

I cannot get my S-health app/Gear S3 to sync with MFP. I've disconnected and reconnect with no joy. I have zero steps or info synced. I've tried to manually add exercise on the web as "aerobics" - but it's not the same. HELP!

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. When viewing your account status, we noticed that S-health was not currently selected as your step source. We’ve selected it on our end for you. Please follow up with us if after tracking a few hundred new steps, you are still not seeing your step count updating after the apps sync.
