I can't get to my own profile or add my exercise Alialena — Jun 07, 2018 10:30PM PDT
It keeps telling me there is a problem with my request. This is day 3 for my profile day one for my exercise.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you let me know the platform you are on (Android, iOS, Web) and if web, let me know the URL for there pages that produce the error? Can you let me know the exact steps you take to replicate the issue?

Sometimes the exercise works early in the day.

I just click my name or try to add my exercise. Clicking my profile also gives me the error.

Thanks for getting back to us. Would you mind trying a couple of things for us to see if they help resolve your issue?
Could you first try clearing your cache or deleting your cookies? The following links should assist you with either:
If you are using Safari 6 or later, the correct instructions are here
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or higher, please note that you should uncheck the “preserve data for favorite websites” option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked.
If clearing your cookies and cache does not resolve the problem, will you please try unplugging any internet equipment (routers, modems, wifi stations) for at least 30 seconds to give them a chance to power cycle? If your router is to blame, this should sort things out.
