Paying for premium upgrade 13sep2014 — Jun 08, 2018 12:03AM PDT
I have previously had premium but cancelled it. Now I have tried 3 times to purchase an upgrade to an annual subscription to premium but the system will not take a payment. I have tried two different cards but it will not work. Could this be looked into please?
