Hi, I am trying to use the website but I find it a way too complicated. One of the questions - How can I make my food plan for the whole week? I tried to find such an option, but I couldn't. Also, I am trying to set up calories by days - not easy task as well. It keeps showing that it doesn't match the default.....although I changed to custom.
I am using it for a week now and honestly the site looks mess. Also, where is the section I can add my week plan for exercises? Why I have to waste time to add them every time?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. MyFitnessPal currently does not have a food plan or exercise plan you can set up for the week, but we will definitely consider it for a future update. Thank you for the suggestion.

For custom goals by day, go here and click Add Daily Goal under Set Custom Daily Goals. Here you can check the days you want a different goal on and edit the goals below. Be sure to save your changes.

Please note that you may see an error if your custom goal matches your default goal.
