Cannot Enter Data elliotdeal — Jun 10, 2018 06:51AM PDT

On web page, can log in, can not enter foods, weigh in info, etc.

When I try to enter data, it returns me to the log-in screen.

Sent several e-mails, and no help yet.

Cleared cache, cleared cookies, win10, google chrome, tried on firefox, my web connection is fine.

I have been using this page for years. This problem started 3 days ago. If I cant get a fix, I will have to find another product. I sure hope I can get some help.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. So far we re unable to replicate the issue in test accounts. If you are using a laptop, have you tried logging your entries in another environment i.e. home vs work? If you are using a desktop, you might try logging in on a friends computer to see if the problem persists there as well. This would help determine if the issue is with the account or something to do with settings or security in your environment. It would also be helpful to know if you have added any extensions or plugins, such as pop-up or add blocking, to your web browsers? Please also tell us if you are running any security software in additional to the Windows Defender that is built into Windows 10. Sometimes having more than one security software running at the same time can cause issues.

I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling Google Chrome and re-installing it.
