Remove premium subscription!!!!! chris4421 — Jun 10, 2018 06:30PM PDT

I have checked itunes and I cannot find my subscription, i am being charged a monthly fee and i can't cancel it on your website. Fix this please!!

We would love to hear some additional feedback on what exactly you did not like about it, or what you anticipated it would be, as we plan on continuing to add improvements and additional features to the premium option.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
-Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
-Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
-Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
-Tap Subscriptions.
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

On your Mac or PC
-Open iTunes.
-If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
-From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
-Authenticate your Apple ID, then click View Account.
On the Account Information page:
-Scroll to the Settings section.
-To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
-To the right of the subscription you want to manage, click Edit.
