My fitbit is connected to an old acct. RIP308 — Jun 11, 2018 02:42PM PDT

When I try to connect my myfitnesspal acct. to my fit-bit acct, it says this fit-bit acct. is connected to another acct. Ya I had an old acct. many years ago. now I have a new Fit-bit and a premium myfitnesspal acct.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are so sorry that you are running into an issue connecting your accounts. It’s very possible that you may have accidentally created more than one MyFitnessPal account in the past, and your Fitbit is linked to a different account. Currently, you can only have Fitbit linked to one MyFitnessPal account at a time.

Would you mind trying to go to your Fitbit account, and then settings, then applications. find where your MyFitnessPal is currently linked, and hit the “revoke access” button. Then can you wait about 15 minutes, and then log into your current MyFitnessPal account, then go to the main “apps” tab, find Fitbit and try linking the accounts again.
