My current MyFitnessPal account not linking/loading food data to Fitbit app. Also, My Fitbit steps are not showing on the MyFitnessPal app. When you guys were hacked, I closed/deleted my previous account and opened my current account with new username. Is it possible that the old account is still in play and disallowing the new MyFitnessPal app to interact or load to Fitbit?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
