Samsung Galaxy A5 software updated, now there is no decimal point OR sym key on myfitnesspal app eatmyshorts22 — Jun 14, 2018 04:35AM PDT
There was a recent Samsung software update and since, the decimal point key on the keyboard in the myfitnesspal app has disappeared, and there's no "SYM" key I've seen mentioned either. The app is like a lifeline for me and this one key disappearing is making the whole thing a complete nuisance to use; without it there's almost no use in the app at all. I have noticed I can copy a decimal point from another app and paste it in to where I need it on myfitnesspal, but that is obviously a complete pain in the youknowwhat and defeats the point of tracking my diet quickly and with ease. How can I get the key back?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the issue where users are not able to see a decimal or comma on their keypad in the app, so they are not able to enter in partial amounts for their weight and food items We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
