My MyFitnessPal stopped working. Every time I try to do anything, it jumps to the log-in screen. It will not store my food choices, or accumulate any data on calories, protein, carbs, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. If you’re using Firefox as your browser, this is a bug we are aware of and hope to have resolved as soon as possible. You can track updates on this bug on our Website Known Issues page. While we realize this isn’t a solution, most members can use the app or another web browser as a workaround until we release a fix.
If this isn’t happening to you via firefox, would you give us some additional general information?
How are you accessing MyFitnessPal? Is it via the app or the website?
If the app:
-Which app are you are using to access MyFitnessPal? Android or iOS?
-What type of device do you have?
-What OS is installed on that device?
-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If you’re using the Android/iOS apps, you can find this from the menu > Help > About Us.
-Does the issue only happen within the app? Or is it also happening when accessing the website?
If the website:
-In what web browser are you experiencing this issue?
-What is your browser version?
-What OS is installed on your computer?
-Does it happen if you use a different web browser or only in this one?

Wanted to follow up here in this thread. We believe the issue with members getting logged out repeatedly when using Firefox should now be fixed. If you’re still having trouble, please clear your browser cache/cookies to ensure the fix is propagated to your machine. If you’re still having trouble after that, please let us know.
