repetitive requests for sign-in GATharp — Jul 05, 2018 07:35AM PDT
For the past week, I haven't been able to log anything because my account keeps taking me back to the log-in page whenever I click on just about anything - food, exercise, recipe, add food, etc. Each time, it is making me re-enter my e-mail address and password, then takes me to my account but then back to log-in with any entry I try to make. Clicking on "help" and to post a public question is the first time I've been able to do two clicks in a row in almost a week without it taking me back to my sign-on. Anyone else having this problem and/or know how to solve it?

I just scrolled down and saw the answer about this being a bug on the Firefox browser. I tried on Chrome and am able to use the program as usual. Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to write in. We have seen similar reports from users that they are being logged out while using MyFitnessPal on Firefox. Can you let us know the Firefox browser version you are currently using?

Wanted to follow up here in this thread. We believe the issue with members getting logged out repeatedly when using Firefox should now be fixed. If you’re still having trouble, please clear your browser cache/cookies to ensure the fix is propagated to your machine. If you’re still having trouble after that, please let us know.
