How to delete a connected device tracyjarosik — Jul 05, 2018 10:50AM PDT

I just got a new Fitbit device that I want to sync to MyFitnessPal app on my mobile device. How do I delete my old Fitbit device that was connected and connect a new Fitbit device? I logged in on the computer and I keep getting a message that I already have a Fitbit device connected to MyFitnessPal.

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
