Yet another problem MaryD1215 — Jul 05, 2018 11:20AM PDT

I'm getting so irritated and frustrated with MyFitnessPal. I've been using it for a long time and have never had so many problems. I can't do ANYthing without logging in. Can't import food from yesterday or a prior date without logging in AGAIN. I must "log in" 5 times every time I use the program and I use it a lot. Now today, I can't add anything from the general database. I can search for foods but when I find them I can't bring the item into my diary. Just sits there and refuses to do anything. Anyone else having this problem? Can anyone tell me when these problems will be resolved?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies that you keep being logged out on the website when using Firefox. We are aware of the issue and are currently working on a resolution. We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.

You can keep track of the issue here. Thank you for your patience.

For adding foods, you are not able to add food items from Food>Database. You will need to click Food>Diary>Add Food. Here you can search for items in the database and add them to your Diary.

Wanted to follow up here in this thread. We believe the issue with members getting logged out repeatedly when using Firefox should now be fixed. If you’re still having trouble, please clear your browser cache/cookies to ensure the fix is propagated to your machine. If you’re still having trouble after that, please let us know.
