premium bgmilner48 — Jul 05, 2018 01:47PM PDT

I put My Fitness Pal on my android phone first. I paid for the Premium Package. When I put My Fitness Pal on my computer ,it didn't show that I had purchased the Premium package. Do you have to purchase a separate Premium Package for my computer or should it work on both my phone and my computer?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Premium will be attached to your account across the app and website. I currently do not see Premium tied to bgmilner48. Can you check your Android device and see if it has the same username?

If the username is different, please log out of the account on the website and log back in using the username from the app. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here.

If the username in your Android app matches bgmilner48, can you contact us here, so we can take a closer look?

When you email us, could you also include the following information:

  • The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
  • The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
  • A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
