Fitbit Issues 6th July bollidear — Jul 07, 2018 03:49AM PDT

Just spend hours reading the forums regarding sync issues and calories dropped over the past few days, Bruce and others continually say tune off seps, unlink accounts, relink accounts and re-install app - which I have done for the last 2 hours. Then I see the note regarding the 6th July issues whereby MFP says don't unlink of relink accounts because there is a fault on the system that they have not rectified.

Would it not make sense to email everyone who has linked account (MFB have this information) and let them know there are sync failures that they are looking at rather than p*ss people off trying to sport out faults which are with MFB?

Its 2018 and MFB haven't fathomed how to communicate issues to their PAYING subscribers. It's not have a scrolling banner on the dashboard or other pages - just to let people know whats happening.

Ignorant and stupid.
