hi - have had no response to earlier logged case.
i cannot sync activity from microsoft band 2 to MFP. it was working perfectly but has now stopped working.
-logged out of all MFP accounts in all browsers across all my devices
-cleared cache and browsing history on devices
-uninstalled MFP off all devices/android phone
-uninstalled Microsoft band health app from all devices
-factory reset band
-reinstalled fresh MFP and microsoft apps
I am still unable to connect band to MFP - i get through the login process and to the screen asking for authorization, and when i click authorize i get the error message that something has gone wrong and try again later.
any clues appreciated.
