Iphone app will not recognize my username and/or password celliott1679 — Jul 07, 2018 12:49PM PDT

My iPhone app was no longer finding an internet connection. I was advised to remove the app completely and then re-install it. Because I continued to access my program using my desktop I know my username and password. I have tried multiple times to install the app on my phone and try using my username and password but get a message, "login Error". If I install as a new client how will it sync with my active application?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you please also let us know which model iPhone you have, which version of it’s operating system it is running, and what version of the app is currently installed? We will attempt to replicate the issue on our end, however, if we are unable to reproduce the behavior in a test account, would it be alright if we access your account in order to reproduce it there?
