App not recognizing me any more Cat6024 — Jul 10, 2018 05:24AM PDT

I have been using this app since last August and for the last few weeks it says it doesn't recognize my username, email nor facebook sign in. Username and password works for the website but not the App. HELP!

We are sorry for the issues you are having. Would you mind checking what OS version you have installed on your device? It is possible your device was affected by our recent security update to improve our program. We provided a link to an announcement we posted regarding these changes below:
