My Fitbit steps aren't syncing with My Fitness Pal. I've tried logging out of both apps/websites and logging back in but My Fitness Pal still isn't syncing my steps from my Fitbit. Are there any suggestions on how to get them to sync? It doesn't do it every day, but most days.
Also lately the app is keep logging me out. Why is this happening?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies for any problems you are having with your connection between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Due to the complexity of this integration, at times, there can be unforeseen delays. We are doing our best to minimize these issues. We would recommend waiting 24 hours for any delays to catch up.
For the app logging out, could you try a fresh reinstall of the app and see if that helps?

Bruce: I'm also having this issue with MFP & Fitbit. It's not syncing at all. I've uninstalled both apps & reinstalled them.

We have refreshed the Fitbit connection from our end. Can you revoke access from Fitbit’s end and see if that will help? To do this, log in at www.fitbit.com and click the gear icon, then Settings>Applications. Click Revoke Access for MyFitnessPal.
This should refresh your link on both sides, instead of just one. You can then link them again at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30.
Once relinked, please be sure to set Fitbit as the Steps source once again.
