Cancellation of subscription. jennifertyrrell13 — Jul 10, 2018 01:37PM PDT

I have now sent several emails in regards to cancelling my subscription. I have tried in vain to do so with the instructions that you have suggested, which do not offer the option to cancel autorenew. Again I contacted you with a lengthly email stating so, to receive an email with the same content as before with the sae suggestion, which indicates that you are sending out generic templated emails without reading the content-appaulling customer service.
Why can't you do as I ask and cancel the subscription with immeadiate effect?
