It is well known that lifestyle diets we may follow, will vary wildly from person to person.
There are days or weeks where weight drops will happen for no obvious reason.
I would propose that being able to keep a diary of weight loss, day by day or week by week, would be far more informative if we were able to also observe the patterns of what we chose to eat a day or two prior to the weight loss.
I do not see where My Fitness Pal offers this information. If it does, please illuminate me.
