Older news feed items disappeared; are they archived? composerclark — Jul 12, 2018 04:07AM PDT
When I click "Load more" at the bottom of my news feed, a few more items load, as normal, but there is no further option to "load more" beyond that. What has happened to older news feed items? Are they archived somewhere, and can I access them? I use the news feed as my personal weight loss and diet journal, and I would hate to have lost over a year's worth of entries. Thank you for any help you can provide. (I have tried this in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on a Mac running OSX 10.9.5.)

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies that your News Feed is no longer showing past posts. The expected behavior for the News Feed is to clear out posts older than 2 months. Unfortunately there is not a way to retrieve any posts that have been cleared. Our apologies for any issues this may cause.
For future journaling, you can use the Notes section in the Diary, or the personal blog.
To record a note:
On the Web
Food notes appear on the “Food Diary” page in the “Food” tab. Click “Edit Note” to begin, and “Save Note” when you are finished.
You can later review your notes via the “view full report” button at the bottom left of your food diary.
In our apps
Scroll to the bottom of the Diary page and tap “Notes”
To access your own personal blog, log in at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ and click My Home>My Blog. On the right side under Tools, click Add Post to add a new post. If you do not see these options, click Log In at the top of the page to log back in to MyFitnessPal, then repeat the steps.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.
