I also am having issues that I have never had before - My fitness pal is not syncing with either my Garmin Connect, nor the My Fitness Pal website. Can you please advise urgently what I need to do!

(When I try to Complete my diary for the day I am also getting the Alert - There was a problem sending your request to the server. Please visit the main website or try again later.

I have visited the main website and it hasn't synced with what I have entered - nor has the Garmin Connect steps come through (On both platforms)

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Please let us know what model device that you are using, which version of it’s operating system it is running, and what version of the app is currently installed?

You might try force closing the app and power cycling your device, turning it completely off and then back on, and then reopening the app to see if that helps.
