Why the hell did I pay for priority tech support if I have to post in a public forum? BradVBellomo — Aug 05, 2018 05:39AM PDT

Paid for priority tech support, add remove and data export. Got "There was a problem with your request
Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue." all weekend. If the team was notified, they sure are taking their time. Any there doesn't seem to be an easy option for tech support other than this stupid public forum.
