How do I stop MFP automatically adding calories if I miss a meal. maxm1979 — Aug 06, 2018 01:16AM PDT

Hi! I've noticed that if I miss a meal MFP automatically adds 525 calories to my daily intake. I know I shouldn't do it this way but I often miss breakfast and sometimes also lunch but take a lot of calories in dinner and in snacks. I stay within my daily calorie intake but by the time MFP adds 525 calories for both breakfast and lunch I am way over! How can I adjust this setting? It's only recently started happening.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you contact us here and provide a screenshot of the issue and let us know a date where MyFitnessPal added 525 Calories for a missed meal? Can you also let us know what platform you are on (Android, iOS, Web)?

Please put Case: 1657455 as the subject line.

Much appreciated,
